La gastronomie, source de représentation, est féconde culturellement et surtout techniquement. Le cœur de cet opus porte sur la lecture du savoir-faire gestuel, dans le cadre de la production culinaire comme dans les métiers de bouche ou dans le cadre domestique ; et porte également sur les paradigmes de théâtralisation marchande comme culturelle de ces espaces du bien-manger.

El objetivo de esta tesis es evaluar la eficacia del acetato de medroxiprogesterona en fase folicular como supresor hipofisario en la estimulación ovárica. El interés sobre el acetato de medroxiprogesterona radica en las ventajas derivadas de su uso como supresor hipofisario en los protocolos de estimulación ovárica. Estos protocolos son más cómodos y de menor coste que los protocolos convencionales con análogos de la GnRH, y presentan resultados similares en términos de luteinización precoz, número de ovocitos, número de embriones, tasa de implantación, tasa de gestación y aparición de malformaciones congénitas según estudios previamente publicados. The aim of this study is to investigate the neurobiology of stress/emotionality, creating a multidisciplinary assessment model, which can help to provide psychological and physiological responses depending on the genetic background related to sport performances, social closeness and performance anxiety management in team sports. Oestrogen receptor (ER)-negative (–) progesterone receptor (PgR)-positive (+) is the least common combination of steroid receptor expression observed in breast cancer. There are many controversies regarding the actual existence of ER–/PgR+ phenotype. In the current study, we aimed to perform comprehensive immunohistochemical re-evaluation of ER–/PgR+ breast cancers from multiple institutions. Les gestes professionnels peuvent être envisagés selon trois niveaux, depuis la dimension visible du geste jusqu’à sa dimension la plus cachée intégrant l’intentionnalité du sujet enseignant ainsi que ses conceptions en référence aux travaux de P. Tavignot (2005). In the general context of searching integrated system of renewable energy production, this paper present some researches on the reactors and the digesters, as a main part of a biogas plant at a farm scale. After we present the most used types of digesters, we also concentrated over the processes which take place into a digester, one of them being the removal of H2S from biogas (desulphurisation), which can be made by various methods, either biological or chemical, taking place inside or outside the digester. Extraovarian granulosa cell tumor is a very uncommon tumor and the identification of a recurrent mutation in FOXL2 may be used as another diagnostic tool along with the classical morphological and immunohistochemical findings. Here, we report a new case of extraovarian granulosa cell tumor in a 57 years old female patient presented with a sub-hepatic mass and abdominal pain. Histopathological examination of the excised mass showed features of adult-type granulosa cell tumor with α-inhibin, calretinin, WT1, S100, CD99 and progesterone receptor immunoreactivity. Pineal glands of regularly cycling Sprague Dawley rats (180-220 g) killed on the diestrous morning (between 0900-1000 h) were incubated in appropriate media for six hours with LHRH (8.5 microM), progesterone (3.2 microM), estradiol-17 beta (370 nM) or dexamethasone (250 nM). Pineals incubated in hormone-free medium and unincubated glands served as controls. Six rats were used in each group. After incubation the glands were divided into two parts.
