International audience; L’objectif de cet article est de cerner le caractère stratégique de la logistique et du Supply Chain Management (SCM) tel qu’il apparaît dans les revues généralistes de gestion, afin d’avoir une vision de la nature de la diffusion de la connaissance logistique dans les sciences de gestion. Il s’appuie sur l’analyse de 62 articles parus entre 2001 et 2011 dans quatre revues de la base Cairn, accessible en ligne dans la plupart des universités : Gestion, Revue Française de Gestion, Management et Avenir, La Revue des Sciences de Gestion.

About the reinterpretation of the Ghosh model as a price model

The Ghosh model assumes that, in an input-output framework, each commodity is sold to each sector in fixed proportions. This model is strongly criticized because it seems implausible in the traditional input-output field. To answer to these critics, Dietzenbacher stresses that it can be reinterpreted as a price model: the Leontief price model is equivalent to the Ghosh model when this one is interpreted as a price model. The INRAE InfoSol unit, mandated by the Gis Sol, coordinates the French Soil Monitoring Network (RMQS) set up to assess the quality and evolution of soils in France. A local trained team collects management data through a survey with farmers or operators for each site and campaign. The initial objective of collecting all soil-related management data, answering multidisciplinary uses, has faced collection difficulties and lengthy interviews. The aim of this paper is to grasp the processes underlying the genesis and assessment of synergies in M&A deals. We proceed to an in-depth scrutiny of the foundations of synergies using Porter’s model of the value chain. A discernment of the nature of synergies and the mode of their emergence is helpful to clarify to what extent and under which boundary conditions it is appropriate to apply the DCF or the real option techniques for evaluating each type of synergy. This study aims to understand, through explanatory research, the key factors that led to the 2017 measles outbreak in Italy, the causes of the low level of immunisation and the causes of possible cyclical phenomena of measles epidemics. This topic's comprehension has required a holistic approach, merging epidemiological aspects, socioeconomic aspects (including the evolution of mistrust in vaccinations, infodemy and fake news) and health law constraints. International audience; L'objectif de cet article est de comprendre le rôle de l'audit dans le domaine environnemental afin d'en proposer une taxonomie. A partir d'une grille d'analyse découlant des théories néo-institutionnelle et des parties prenantes, cette taxonomie est obtenue en étudiant les pratiques d'audit d'une entreprise française proactive en matière environnementale.
