Digital technologies have become an inseparable part of most workplace activities. In this article, we discuss the study of digital work in the context of complex organizational practices. We lay out some methodological challenges and suggest some possible solutions to them. Firstly, we contend that we should take into consideration the multimedial nature of organizational practices. The synthesis and spectroscopic and structural characterization of an extensive series of acyclic, monomeric tetrylene dichalcogenolates of formula M(ChAr)2 (M = Si, Ge, Sn, Pb; Ch = O, S, or Se; Ar = bulky m-terphenyl ligand, including two new acyclic silylenes) are described. They were found to possess several unusual features—the most notable of which is their strong tendency to display acute interligand, Ch–M–Ch, bond angles that are often well below 90°. After qualifying, doctors are expected to refine and develop professional knowledge and competences with a greater emphasis on the communication and consultation skills needed to create and maintain a good doctor-patient relationship. The present article examines collaborative writing in organizational consulting and training, where writing takes place as part of a group discussion assignment and is carried out by using digital writing technologies. In the training, the groups use digital tablets as their writing device in order to document their answers in the shared digital platform. The qualitative data collection includes hierarchical focus interviews and schematic representation of resource system, with the intent to impose as little terminology as possible on the students.

Informācijas trūkums par grāmatvedības jomas digitālo risinājumu attīstību Latvijā ir būtiska problēma, jo izpratne par noteikto situāciju, ļautu veiksmīgāk veicināt grāmatvedības jomas digitālo attīstību. Maģistra darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz grāmatvedības jomas digitālo risinājumu teorētisko un praktisko izpēti, analizēt un novērtēt digitālos risinājumus un to attīstību grāmatvedības jomā Latvijā un izstrādāt priekšlikumus konstatēto nepilnību novēršanai.
