Bakalaura darbs ir veltīts starptautisko uzņēmumu digitālās transformācijas vadīšanas un līderības stila izpētei, par darba mērķi tiek izvirzīts digitālo transformāciju veicinošā stila noteikšana. Maija Lyly-Yrjänäinen ja Joonas Mannonen avaavat artikkelissaan OECD:n kansainvälisen aikuisten taitotutkimus PIAAC:n taustaa, toteutusta ja merkitystä. Tämän mittavan kansainvälisen tutkimuksen tiedonkeruu on alkanut kuluvana syksynä. Tutkimus on kunnianhimoinen ja Suomessa tiedonkeruun hintakin on noin 3,5 miljoonaa euroa. Limiting Carleman weights and conformally transversally anisotropic manifolds

We analyze the structure of the set of limiting Carleman weights in all conformally flat manifolds, 3 3 -manifolds, and 4 4 -manifolds. In particular we give a new proof of the classification of Euclidean limiting Carleman weights, and show that there are only three basic such weights up to the action of the conformal group. In dimension three we show that if the manifold is not conformally flat, there could be one or two limiting Carleman weights. We also characterize the metrics that have more than one limiting Carleman weight. In dimension four we obtain a complete spectrum of examples according to the structure of the Weyl tensor. W artykule przedstawiono przypadek pacjentki cierpiącej z powodu mielopatii szyjnej wynikającej z nierozpoznanego przez wiele lat skostnienia więzadła podłużnego tylnego (OPLL – ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament) występującego w obrębie szyjnego odcinka kręgosłupa. W pracy, poza przedstawieniem przypadku klinicznego, zaprezentowano także patofizjologię, objawy, metody diagnostyki oraz leczenia tego bardzo rzadkiego w populacji europejskiej schorzenia.

Oxidative stress markers seem to be higher in patients with anorexia nervosa (AN) than healthy controls, but the potentially beneficial effects of weight gain is not known. We calculated random effects standardised mean differences (SMDs) as effect size measures of oxidative stress marker changes after re-alimentation reported in two or more studies, summarising others descriptively. Seven longitudinal studies (n = 104) were included. After a median follow-up period of 8 weeks, AN patients significantly increased their body mass index (15.1 ± 2.1 to 17.1 ± 2.2, p < 0.0001).
