The vulnerability of food supply chains to climate change is higher compared to other industries due to its dependency on climatic conditions, temperature and water supply. As a robust response to the vulnerability of food supply chains, it is essential to find ways of linking the concepts of sustainable development, climate change adaptation and risk governance into one paradigm. Questo articolo ripercorre un’esperienza di rigenerazione urbana realizzata nel quartiere CEP di Palermo nell’ambito del progetto Riconnessioni, finanziato dal Mibact e svoltasi da ottobre 2019 a luglio 2020, a cavallo dell’emergenza sanitaria Covid19. Rozliczalność jest jedną z centralnych zasad dobrego rządzenia, a istnienie mechanizmów rozliczalności uznaje się za warunek dobrych rządów. W artykule rozliczalność jest rozpatrywana w kontekście gminnym, a jego celem jest przedstawienie problemów związanych z pomiarem rozliczalności. Zaproponowano również pięć obiektywnych wskaźników poziomu rozliczalności w gminie.
