Tässä tutkimuksessa selvitetään rekrytointi- ja henkilöarviointiyritys MindFit Consulting Oy:n työnhakijoista tekemien henkilöanalyysiraporttien, MindFitin henkilöanalyysien, luotettavuutta. Tarkoitus on tutkia, kuinka yhdenmukaisesti analyysien lukijat ymmärtävät analyysien sisällön. Tutkimuksessa luodaan kyselylomake, jonka avulla eri analyysiraportin lukijat pisteyttävät analyysien sisällön.
