Tutkimuksen tavoite oli kuvata ja ymmärtää, miten työyhteisö luo ja ylläpitää omaa kulttuuriaan vuorovaikutuksellisten esitysten kautta. Tutkittava työyhteisö oli taideorganisaatio Etelä-Suomesta. Tutkimuksessa käytettiin Pacanowskyn ja O'Donnell-Trujillon teoriaa organisaatioviestintä kulttuurisena esityksenä, joka kuuluu organisaatiokulttuuriseen näkökulmaan. Työ oli laadullinen tutkimus, jossa tutkimusaineisto kerättiin yksilöhaastatteluin ja teemoilteltiin teorialähtöisesti. F.W.J. Schelling argues in his middle period work Philosophical Inquiries into the Nature of Human Freedom that will should be understood as the most fundamental constitutive element of reality. Though it is often downplayed in recent scholarship, Schelling derived his most central ideas for this work more or less directly from the theosophy of Jacob Boehme. I will argue that far from peripheral and antiquated curiosity, Schelling´s esoteric influences constitute the very foundation of his middle period thought. Conflict between truthfulness and tact in parent–teacher conferences

The purpose of this article is to explore how teachers’ and parents’ conversations are affected by their notions about truthfulness. The study is qualitative and draws on data from observations of parent–teacher conferences about pupils with special needs in a Norwegian lower secondary school and from interviews with participants. The findings show that teachers’ and parents’ conversations are constrained by positive talk, decency and silence and, especially when the pupil participates, they choose a careful point of view, gloss over it, and talk about what is OK and not unpleasant. Understanding politics as a contingent and controversial activity, politicisation refers to those activities that create or make visible the political quality in the phenomena in question. Parliamentarisation is a distinct strategy of politicisation. In this chapter, parliament refers to a certain procedural and institutional ideal type of acting politically. The parliamentary way of politicising acting and thinking forms a Gedankenbild, a mental image. It is an ideal type that one-sidedly accentuates and intensifies the political way of thinking. Escritos en los primeros años del siglo XIX, en un período de la vida de Hölderlin convulsivo y desequilibrante, que terminaría con la crisis definitiva del poeta, acabados algunos, incompletos o sólo esbozados otros, en estos Cánticos, exultantes, gozosos, sabios, brillantes, celebratorios, inspirados por Píndaro y su proceso creativo, podemos encontrar destellos de una voz única, precursora, la de quien, antes de extraviarse en la niebla del mundo, luchó por situarse entre dioses y héroes, entre mitos y fábulas, en busca de un atisbo de luz orientadora.

Hölderlin empieza a escribir poesía desde muy joven y enseguida destaca por su plétora poética, a la que pronto se le hace tan angosta la cultura lírica pietista como estrecho el convento. Sólo la lectura de la literatura contemporánea le ayuda a trascender los muros del recinto y establecer contacto con la realidad social y política circundante. Los poemas aquí reunidos, y traducidos por primera vez al castellano, son obras de un estudiante entre los catorce y los diecinueve años, que se abría al mundo y a sí mismo, y en ellos apuntan temas y formas poéticas que resonarán en su poesía de madurez.
