Some time ago all that was a private property of stakeholders like planner and client. But nowadays this confidentiality rather much has vanished – no copyrights or competition is noteworthy. Integrative complexity (IC) refers to a psychological construct, a measurement, and an experience. As a construct IC refers to our less than conscious thinking style in the face of difference or disagreement, how we process information, make decisions, solve problems. The cross-culturally validated empirical measurement frame of IC has predictive values. ’Low IC’ indicates a simple thinking style that is rigid and closed, a ’tunnel vision’ way of thinking that cannot respect or recognize different dimensions or perspectives on a topic, predicting destructive conflict or violence. Tutkimukseni aiheena on intialaisen filosofikoulun advaita vedāntan kehittelemät ajatukset monismista ja mystiikasta. Vertaan advaita vedāntan metafysiikkaa ja jumalakäsityksiä intialaisiin dualistisiin kouluihin. Pyrin osoittamaan, että kaikki nämä koulut jakavat eräissä piirteissä samanlaisen, länsimaisista näkemyksistä poikkeavan, käsityksen ihmisen todellisesta minästä. Intialaiseen käsitykseen ihmisen todellisesta minästä liittyy ajatus sen suhteesta persoonalliseen Jumalaan tai persoonattomaan brahmaniin. Este modo de pensar la filosofía vinculado a su desarrollo estético y retórico se muestra en las diferentes figuras literarias a las que recurría constantemente, como las metáforas o las etimologías.
