La reciente construcción de una epidemia de obesidad global favorece que -además de ser estéticamente deseable- la delgadez se considere autoevidencia del estado de salud del individuo y marca de moralidad. En esta autoetnografía reflexiono sobre mi vivencia de ser gorda desde la infancia hasta la adultez, desde un enfoque sociológico feminista. La imposición cultural de la delgadez y la gordofobia alimentaron sentimientos de incapacidad, inadecuación corporal y sufrimiento psicológico que promovieron conductas alimentarias problemáticas. Fifty years ago, higher education globally had started to change radically in terms of the proportion of young people enrolled in the system as well as society's expectations for what this would deliver. From the outset, Higher Education has featured research interrogating various aspects of inequality in higher education, including institutions and staff as well as students. This article offers an overview of that work. Our analysis is structured around three levels at which major questions on this topic have been framed and investigated. Enantioselective transport of amino acid through supported chiral liquid membranes

Abstract Two chiral alcohols, nopol and (2S)-(−)-methyl-1-butanol, immobilized in the pores of a polyethylene film were used for the anantioselective transport of amino acid hydrochloride. The degree of stereoselectivity of the permeation process varied from 0.39 to 1.52 depending on both the type of the chiral membrane phase and the properties of the amino acid. The evaluation of the membrane ability to separate stereoisomers was performed by the step-by-step analysis by considering the effect of amino acids' hydrophobicity, polarity and degree of chirality. La ricerca analizza sia i processi macrosociali, riferiti alla comunità, sia i processi micro, propri della dinamica di coppia. Per i primi abbiamo esaminato la percezione di diversità che può scaturire dalle dinamiche intergruppali e l’identità di luogo (intesa come radicamento nel nuovo contesto di accoglienza); per le dinamiche di coppia si sono prese in esame l’impatto che la presenza dei figli genera sulla dinamica di coppia e gli stili educativi adottati. Coerentemente con il metodo d’indagine della ricerca qualitativa, sono state intervistate 22 coppie miste residenti in Sicilia. L’objet de cette étude est de mesurer la discrimination à l’embauche à l’encontre des jeunes en Ile-de-France en raison du lieu de résidence en considérant plusieurs échelles spatiales de façon à distinguer l’effet de la réputation du département (Paris et la Seine-Saint-Denis), celui de la localité et celui du quartier. Du côté de l’offre, différents freins possibles au développement du marché de l’assurance dépendance ont d’ores et déjà été pointés du doigt par la littérature. This was examined in terms of the values that guide organisations and their management. The paper aims to discuss this issue. Synthesis of N‐Monosubstituted Sulfondiimines by Metal‐free Iminations of Sulfiliminium Salts

Sulfondiimines are marginalized entities among nitrogencontaining organosulfur compounds, despite offering promising properties for applications in various fields including medicinal and agrochemical. Herein, we present a metal-free and rapid synthetic procedure for the synthesis of N-monosubstituted sulfondiimines that overcomes current limitations in their synthetic accessibility. Particularly, S,S-dialkyl substrates, which are commonly difficult to convert by existing methods, react well with a combination of iodine, 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-en (DBU), and iminoiodanes (PhINR) in acetonitrile (MeCN) to furnish the corresponding sulfondiimines in yields up to 85% (25 examples).
