Wegen der Komplexitat der Nahrungsmittelallergie mussen die jeweiligen Karenzempfehlungen jedoch immer individuell erarbeitet werden. Die Voraussetzungen hierzu schafft die Ernahrungstherapie, die gleichzeitig die bedarfsdeckende Ernahrung im Blick hat.
