Under the paradigm of activation, the Public Employment Services has been reshaped by two levels of contractualization. On one hand, the collaboration of the administration with a network of agents on the programme scheme that make up the active policies of employment. On the other hand, the unemployed person?s access to a compartmentalized offer of services and individually taking responsibility for finding work. This double contractualization reveals redefinition of lowering public responsibility faced with the problem of unemployment that this activation supposes. En este estudio se analizan los parámetros mecánicos fuerza de impacto (FI), tiempo de reacción (TR), tiempo de movimiento (TM), tiempo total de respuesta (TT) y dominancia, en la patada circular o Bandal Chagui en Taekwondo, basado en la regulación de la distancia de golpeo (ED1, ED2 y ED3). Para ello, se ha utilizado un sistema de nueva creación formado por una plataforma de contacto, una plataforma de fuerzas, un led de luces y un maniqui. Polyesters and polyolefins form highly incompatible blends with poor properties and gross morphology that hinder any practical applications. In this work, the possibility to compatibilize an incompatible blend of poly(butylene terephthalate) (PBT) with ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) by adding a bis-oxazoline compound, 2,2'-(1,3-phenylene)-bis(2-oxazoline) (PBO), and an ethylene acrylic acid copolymer (EAA) as compatibilizer precursors has been studied. The results indicate that the binary uncompatibilized blends show poor mechanical properties and a bad morphology with scarce adhesion between the phases.
