Estrategias de afrontamiento en padres de niños con cáncer

Se pretende conocer las estrategias de afrontamiento que utilizan los padres de niños con cáncer ante al reto que supone esta enfermedad. Se ha utilizado una metodología de investigación grupal y cualitativa. La muestra la constituyen 14 madres/padres cuyos hijos hace más de dos años que han contraído la enfermedad. Se ha comprobado que los padres utilizan una gran variedad de estrategias. Arterial hypertension (AH) among adults is known to be associated with worse cognitive outcomes. Similarly, children and adolescents with AH could be expected to underperform during neuropsychological evaluations when compared with healthy peers. Our aims were to review the existing literature on cognitive functioning among children and adolescents with primary AH and to identify what additional evidence may be needed to substantiate the impact of hypertension on poor cognitive outcomes in this population. The chromosome bands 15q24.1-15q24.3 contain a complex region with numerous segmental duplications that predispose to regional microduplications and microdeletions, both of which have been linked to intellectual disability, speech delay and autistic features. El presente artículo se centra en uno de los principales materiales utilizados en la educación literaria de 0 a 6 años: los álbumes ilustrados. Se aborda este género como parte de la literatura infantil y juvenil, considerando la diversidad funcional en la educación, su inclusión en los álbumes ilustrados, y el papel de todo ello en el fomento lector. El objetivo es conocer los estudios que se han publicado sobre la calidad literaria e ilustrativa de los álbumes ilustrados poniendo el foco en la representación que en ellos se hace de la diversidad funcional.
