Propuesta de política pública para acelerar la transición hacia el automóvil eléctrico en el contexto español

Este trabajo pretende determinar el tipo de intervención pública deseable en España para acelerar la transición hacia una adopción mayoritaria del coche eléctrico. Para ello primero se tratará de explicar los efectos positivos de esta transición, la situación actual del mercado del coche eléctrico en España, las barreras que frenan una mayor penetración en el mercado y las iniciativas políticas en otros países en este tema. Y posteriormente haremos un repaso de los planes de estímulo a la adquisición de vehículos eléctricos en nuestro país estos tres últimos años. Se diseñaron y presentaron diferentes problemas relacionados con todos estos conceptos como metodología de aprendizaje basado en problemas. One of the most important classical typologies within the organizational learning literature is the distinction between adaptive and generative learning. However, the processes of these types of learning, particularly the latter, have not been widely analyzed and incorporated into the organizational learning process. Francois Magendie's (1783-1855) experimental model for measuring blood pressure in animals, which he developed in 1838, had a major impact on French physiology in the nineteenth century, especially upon Etienne-Jules Marey (1830-1904) in Paris. In due course it was also adopted by other European investigators, such as the Leipzig physiologist Carl Ludwig (1816-1895), and by clinicians who developed it into a major measuring tool. A cognitive architecture for inner speech

Abstract A cognitive architecture for inner speech is presented. It is based on the Standard Model of Mind, integrated with modules for self-talking. Briefly, the working memory of the proposed architecture includes the phonological loop as a component which manages the exchanging information between the phonological store and the articulatory control system. The inner dialogue is modeled as a loop where the phonological store hears the inner voice produced by the hidden articulator process. A central executive module drives the whole system, and contributes to the generation of conscious thoughts by retrieving information from long-term memory. Influence of Musical Expertise on the processing of Musical Features in a Naturalistic Setting

Musical training causes structural and functional changes in the brain due to its sensory-motor demands, but the modulatory effect of musical training on music feature processing in the brain in a continuous music listening paradigm, has not been investigated thus far. In this work, we investigate the differences between musicians and non-musicians in the encoding of musical features encompassing musical timbre, rhythm and tone. 18 musicians and 18 non-musicians were scanned using fMRI while listening to 3 varied stimuli. Factors in the global assimilation of collaborative information technologies: an exploratory investigation in five regions

The diffusion of innovation theory is deployed to investigate the global assimilation of collaborative information technologies (CITs). Based on the concepts of IT acquisition and utilization, an assimilation framework is presented to highlight four states (limited, focused, lagging, and pervasive) that capture the assimilation of conferencing and groupware CITs. Data collected from 538 organizations in the United States, Australia, Hong Kong, Norway, and Switzerland are aggregated and analyzed to explore assimilation patterns and the influence of decision-making pattern, functional integration, promotion of collaboration, organization size, and IT function size on the assimilation of CITs.…
