Factors for inconsistent aerosol single scattering albedo between SKYNET and AERONET

SKYNET and Aerosol Robotic Network (AERONET) retrieved aerosol single scattering albedo (SSA) values of four sites, Chiba (Japan), Pune (India), Valencia (Spain), and Seoul (Korea), were compared to understand the factors behind often noted large SSA differences between them. SKYNET and AERONET algorithms are found to produce nearly same SSAs for similarity in input data, suggesting that SSA differences between them are primarily due to quality of input data due to different calibration and/or observation protocols as well as difference in quality assurance criteria. Whole person adaptive comfort is discussed with reference to recent findings in molecular scale systems biology. The observations are upscaled to hypotheses relating to less traditional interpretations of thermal processes, which have new implications for indoor climate management and design. PURPOSE: One of the proven effects of Ozone Therapy, is the releasing of Growth Factors from Platelets. Some other therapies can have similar effects. Autologous Therapies can be defined as “The therapy that is done by transferring cells, tissues, body liquids originating from the recipient rather than from donor.” The purpose of this presentation is to give information on those therapies.

Major International Information Flows Across the Safex Wheat Market

We study information flows across four wheat futures markets on four continents: Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange (ZCE), South African Futures Exchange (SAFEX), Euronext/Liffe and Kansas City Board of Trade (KCBT). Three approaches for studying information flows among non-synchronous markets are applied: cointegration techniques, vector autoregressive analysis and multiple regression proposed. Although comparable underlying assets are traded in the four markets, our results indicate that no long-run links exist among them. ZCE is by far the most endogenous market, and Euronext/Liffe is the most exogenous one. Finally, the model points to KCBT as the most influential and sensitive wheat market. …

The deuteron photodisintegration in the \ensuremath{\Delta}-resonance region is calculated within a unitary theory of the NN-N\ensuremath{\Delta}-\ensuremath{\pi}NN system coupled to the photon. The photoexcitation amplitude of the \ensuremath{\Delta} is deduced from the ${M}_{1+}$((3/2) pion photoproduction amplitude consistently with its background term and the \ensuremath{\pi}N interaction. The NN-N\ensuremath{\Delta} transition amplitude is obtained from the coupled equations for the NN-N\ensuremath{\Delta}-\ensuremath{\pi}NN system.
