The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of an online affect management intervention on relationship conflict through the rate of growth of team resilience in virtual teams with diversity faultlines. Fifty-two 4-person teams participated in a randomized controlled trial design with repeated measures (i.e., three measurement occasions). Teams were randomly assigned to either an intervention designed to help them manage emotions in virtual teams or a control condition. Gender is the most pervasive classification of individuals and thus strongly defines couple relationships. Cultural discourses on couple relationships reproduce hierarchical gender differences, and couple distress is often linked to gendered power inequalities. At worst, gender is the basis for intimate partner violence (IPV). Generally, however, therapeutic interventions do not address the issues of gender and gendered power. Lasten terveyskasvatukseen on paljon suosituksia. Päiväkodit noudattavat näitä suosituksia, mutta lastentarhanopettajien keinoista toteuttaa terveyskasvatusta ei ole tutkittu paljoa. Tämä tutkimus käsittelee lastentarhanopettajien keinoja toteuttaa ruoka- ja liikuntakasvatusta eri menetelmien pohjalta. Tutkimus on laadullinen tutkimus, joka on toteutettu sähköisellä kyselylomakkeella lastentarhanopettajille (N= 18) keväällä 2018. Tutkimusaineisto analysoitiin aineistolähtöistä sisällönanalyysia käyttäen. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää, miten Elintapasairauksien varhaistunnistaminen ja interventio (EVI) -hankkeeseen osallistuneiden keskisuomalaisten alkoholinkäyttö oli yhteydessä tutkittavien taustatekijöihin. Keskeisesti haluttiin tutkia alkoholikäytön useuden, kertakäyttömäärien sekä humalahakuisen käytön yhteyttä vastaajien sukupuoleen, ikään, koulutustaustaan ja työelämätilanteeseen sekä painoindeksiin ja vyötärönympärykseen. In the ?barri del mercat?, in the city of Valencia and very close to its Lonja, there is a building complex which is the object of this study. The research, carried out from the simple field of toponymy, to the constructive analysis, lead us to suppose that it is the building of the Valencian trade union of cloth-shearers. It can be seen how the building now camouflaged by other subsequent interventions, corresponds to a type that cannot be related to those usually built in the city of Valencia.
