The article deals with the issue of developing the entrepreneurial attitude among children placed in foster care. The subject is discussed in the context of the principle of subsidiarity, especially in the social aspect. Initially, the author presents the characteristics of family and institutionalfoster care. Then, she describes the essence of the subsidiarity principle in social terms. What follows is an outline of the problem of entrepreneurial attitudes among young people. Abstract Uncertainty and the pursuit of new ventures are intricately linked. Digital technologies open up new ways for uncertainty handling in the pursuit of novelty. In this paper, we develop a process model that traces the dynamics among uncertainty, digitally enabled tactics, and organizational novelty. The model points to the potential of technologies that are evocative, disposable, and responsive for venturing in complex, uncertainty-ridden contexts. Students' perceptions on intrapreneurship education – prerequisites for learning organisations

The aim of this qualitative study is to understand the prerequisites for learning organisations (LO) as perceived by university students. Intrapreneurship education offers possibilities to increase student's adaptation of learning organisation's climate and behaviour. By analysing students' perceptions, more information about learning organisation creation was achieved. Content analysis was used to interpret the results. This empirical paper explores the work of employees in charge of service innovation when firms develop and launch new scale-intensive services by addressing two research questions: i) How do employees responsible for service innovation work? and ii) what are the related managerial implications when developing and launching new scale-intensive services? Few topics in the family business literature have been studied more than management and ownership succession. In today’s competitive global economy, businesses find that innovation, growth and other entrepreneurial behaviors are necessary to survive and prosper. Ernesto Poza (1988) proposed a model for developing entrepreneurial orientations and actions in family business successors, labeling those successors interpreneurs.
