Bakalaura darbs tika izstrādāts LU Medicīnas fakultātē Mg. Sc. biol. Ivetas Līdumas vadībā. Bakalaura darbā ir analizēta Mikobakterioloģiskajā laboratorijā identificēto no klīniskajiem paraugiem izdalīto raugveida sēņu dati, ka arī pētīta sēņu paraugu jutība, pret antifungālajiem līdzekļiem (amfotericīnu B, itrakonazolu, flukonazolu). Sēņu sugas tika identificētas izmantojot mikroskopisko analīzi, ka arī veicot uzsējumus uz BBL™ CHROMagar™ barotnes. Lai noteiktu antifungālo jutību tika izmantota standartizēta disku difūzijas metode, izmantojot CLSI noteiktos kritērijus, kā arī lietojot E-testus tika noteikta MIC (minimālā inhibējošā koncentrācija). Gradientu pastiprināšanas algoritmu salīdzinājums un mainīgo būtiskuma analīze

Šajā darbā tiek izpētīti un salīdzināti trīs no jaunākiem un plaši izmantotiem gradienta pastiprināšanas algoritmiem - XGBoost, LightGBM un CatBoost. Šie algoritmi tiek salīdzināti pēc to ātrdarbības, kā arī tendences uz pārpielāgošānos treniņa datiem. Tiek analizēta arī šo algoritmu spēja izmantot modelēšanā kategoriskus mainīgos. Papildus tiek izpētīti algoritmu hiperparametri un to ietekme uz algoritma pārpielāgošanos un modeļa precizitātes rādītājiem. Balstoties uz rezultātiem, tiek sniegti ieteikumi par hiperparametru skaņošanu. Otrajā eksperimenta daļā tiek izpētīta uz spēļu teorijas Šaplī vērtību balstītā metode mainīgo būtiskuma noteikšanai. Rap-musiikki on noussut muutaman viimeksi kuluneen vuoden aikana hyvin suosituksi Suomessa. Yksi suosituimmista ja tunnetuimmista rap-artisteista on artistinimeä Cheek käyttävä Jare Tiihonen. Cheek on julkaissut musiikkia yli kymmenen vuoden ajan ja hänen tuotantonsa on pääosin suomenkielistä. Cheekin tekstejä on jonkin verran tarkasteltu kielitieteellisissä tutkimuksissa, muttei imagonrakentamisen näkökulmasta. Yleisesti ottaen suomirapia on tutkittu toistaiseksi vähän. Barriers to Responsible Consumption in e-Commerce : Evidence from Fashion Shoppers

This qualitative study investigates the barriers to responsible consumption in e-commerce from the online shoppers’ viewpoint. The purpose of the study is to increase our understanding of what prevents young adults from making responsible purchases in online stores in the context of fashion retail. The data were collected by interviewing ten Finnish fashion shoppers aged 23-27 years. The findings show that responsible consumption is perceived as complex and challenging. In 2008 Costa Rica was facing a critical time in its history. A five year mining moratorium had just ended and mining companies were interested in exploring untapped resources in the country. The country was facing important decisions with which development path to take. The Crucitas Mining Project (CMP) was an issue that the whole country had an opinion on; in fact the Constitutional Court of Costa Rica (SALA IV) was debating what to do with the CMP. In nineteenth‑century Finland, artisans constituted an important part of society, and the majority of them lived in the countryside. Rural artisans were jacks-of-all-trades who met the needs of country folk. This chapter studies the rural artisans’ children and explores how craft knowledge was often transferred to the next generation. In early modern society, it was only natural that the son followed his father’s trade. This was a matter of societal stability and maintaining the social order.
