Obchody upamiętniające 500-lecie Reformacji w wielu miejscach na świecie zostały uroczyście rozpoczęte dnia 31. października 2016 r. Jest to dzień w którym Marcin Luter upublicznił swoje tezy, w oparciu o które zamierzał rozpocząć wielką debatę na temat istotnych kierunków reformy Kościoła. W szwedzkim Lund, w uroczystej inauguracji upamiętnienia tego wydarzenia wziął udział papież Franciszek wraz z b-pem Munibem Younanem, przewodniczącym Światowej Federacji Luterańskiej oraz przedstawiciele różnych Kościołów i środowisk chrześcijańskich. One of the ways to create a positive approach to marriage seems to be a solemn observation of marriage jubilees .The paper deals with the historical process of the development of the forms of observance concerning wedding anniversaries. However the main emphasis is put on the rites of wedding anniversary in post conciliar liturgical books. The reader may also become aware of the idea and history of pilgrimages organized on the occasion of the silver and golden marriage jubilees, considering also a strong and clear testimony to the importance of the wedding vows.
