New public management (NPM) is perceived as a method for restoring the effectiveness of municipal organizations. In Finland, it is the main motivator for the reconstruction of municipal and state-driven public sectors. Our article explores the power relations created through implementing the NPM ideology, and how those power relations are constructed and renegotiated between office-holders and politicians in a Finnish municipal organization. Tutkimuksen kohteena ovat Natalja Poklonskajan, Krimin tasavallan entisen syyttäjän, representaatiot ja identiteetit venäläisessä sanomalehdissä. Natalja Poklonskaja nimitettiin Krimin tasavallan korkeimmaksi syyttäjäksi keväällä 2014 sen jälkeen, kun Venäjä oli liittänyt Krimin itseensä. The aim of the article is to present the current state of research on the paremiography and paremiology of Cieszyn Silesia. The first part presents and describes collections of proverbs from the region of Cieszyn, from the end of the 19th century to contemporary times. The second one discusses theoretical works (including folkloristic, linguistic, linguistic and cultural ones) dealing with the problems of proverbs from the region of Cieszyn, investigated in yarious contexts and from different research perspectives.
