The aim of the study is to examine the Saami book history in the context of Finland in order to understand its evolution from 1820 to 1920. The study focuses on books and other printed materials in Saami language(s) (or idioms) and it looks into archival documents to throw light on their intellectual history. The Saami book history has unfolded slowly, and occasionally, it has appeared to fall into decline. The present study follows the French school of book history that uses multidisciplinary methods to examine books as a reflection of ideology in the context of a given culture at a given time. Lukeminen on yksi tehokkaimpia tapoja oppia vierasta kieltä itsenäisesti. Kirjallisuuden käyttö vieraiden kielten opetuksessa on kuitenkin ollut melko vähäistä viime aikoina. Erityisesti peruskoulun loppupuolella monet oppilaat saattaisivat hyötyä vieraskielisen kirjallisuuden lukemisesta, joka keskittyisi juuri lukemiseen esimerkiksi sanaston tai rakenteiden korostamisen sijaan. Suomen kielen ja kirjallisuuden osaamista arvioimassa : tasapainoilua oppimisen tavoitteiden ja osaamisen kriteereiden välillä

Artikkelissa tarkastellaan suomen kielen ja kirjallisuuden oppimäärän tavoitteiden (Opetushallitus 2014) tulkintaa ja arviointikriteerien soveltamista kansallisessa oppimistulosarvioinnissa. Päättöarvioinnin hyvän osaamisen (arvosana 8) kriteereitä sovellettiin oppimistulosarvioinnissa tehtävien laadintaan ja oppilaan taitotason määrittelyyn. Arviointiprosessin kuluessa havaittiin, että eri sisältöalueiden hyvän osaamisen kriteerit ovat vahvasti tulkinnanvaraisia. Kriteerit limittyvät sekä sisältöalueiden, esimerkiksi tekstien tuottamisen, sisällä että niiden välillä, esimerkiksi vuorovaikutustilanteissa toimimisen ja tekstien tulkitsemisen välillä. The International Congress of Hungarian Studies takes place every five years to provide an academic forum for scholars worldwide. In 2016, as the opening of the University of Pécs's 650th-anniversary celebrations, the 8th International Congress of Hungarian Studies was held in Pécs, Hungary. Gyula Krúdy’s (1878-1933) oeuvre admittedly represents a peculiar kind of conundrum within the confines of literary modernism in Hungarian literature. While the most significant authors of the early 20th century drew inspiration from Western European literary forms and preferred to distance their works from previous prose traditions, Krúdy’s fiction remained closely linked to those narrative forms inherent to 19th century Hungarian prose.
