Luovan yrittäjyyden taide : tarkastelussa luovuuden mahdollisuudet akateemisen yrittäjyyskasvatuksen näkökulmasta

Tässä tutkielmassa tarkastellaan teoreettisista lähtökohdista käsin kuinka yksilön luovuutta voitaisiin paremmin tukea akateemisessa yrittäjyyskasvatuksessa. Tutkimusaiheen valintaan vaikutti se, että luovuus nähdään yrittäjyyskasvatuksen haasteena. Tutkimuksessa haetaan kattavaa ymmärrystä luovuuden ilmiöön lähestymällä sitä yksilön, kasvatuksen ja luovan työn prosessien näkökulmista. Luovuuden ja yrittäjämäisen ajattelun ja toiminnan dialogia tarkastellaan menestyvien yrittäjien ominaisuuksiin verraten. Strategic renewal : Can it be done profitably?

Industry transformation requires strategic renewal at the level of individual firms. Executives then face the dilemma of choosing renewal paths in the face of uncertainty over the competitive environment of the future, and hence the profitability of potential strategies. This dilemma motivates us to study industry transformation from the perspective of strategic renewal among 208 large firms in the global pulp and paper industry. Tutkin luovan kirjoittamisen tilan luomista. Hahmotan, mistä tekijöistä se muodostuu ja millaisessa suhteessa nämä osatekijät ovat toisiinsa. Tutkielma käsittelee eri tietorakenteiden suorituskykyä. Tietorakenteita vertaillaan algoritmianalyysin ja suorituskyvyn mittaamisen avulla. Tutkimustulosten avulla tutkielmassa esitellään ehdotus adaptoituvasta tietorakenteesta, joka pyrkii yhdistämään kahden hyvin suoriutuneen luokan ominaisuuksia.

Co-dynamics in engendering innovations through collaborative leadership - A complexity-based approach

The paper presents ten co-dynamics that are supposed to be those underlying forces and powers that bring about an innovation creation process. The co-dynamics as unpredictable movements have been found by a Grounded Theory approach from two large-scale data. Parts of the other data serve here as the empirical source. In order to comprehend the nature of the co-dynamic, the notion of collaborative leadership is exploited. It includes both human participants and tangible elements, such as activities, practices, measures, or tools when synergy is gained.
