Abstract A wide variety of methods exist nowadays to address the important problem of estimating crop yields from available remote sensing and climate data. Among the different approaches, machine learning (ML) techniques are being increasingly adopted, since they allow exploiting all the information on crop progress and environmental conditions and their relations with crop yield, achieving reliable and accurate estimations. Geostatistics was developed in mining for the grade estimation problems of ore deposits, nowadays; it is the most popular method for the interpolation and estimation problems. Methodological consideration about its interpolator, the Kriging, is presented in this paper. This article seeks to analyse the process of conflictual rebordering in the EU’s relations with Russia. The authors single out three major crises that triggered and shaped the process of toughening the border regime and the related transformations of political meaning of the EU-Russia border: the COVID-19 pandemic, the drastic deterioration of Moscow-Brussels relations in the beginning of 2021 and the war in Ukraine that started on 24 February 2022. Blokķēdes tehnoloģija, tās pielietojums un potenciāls

Darba mērķis ir blokķēdes tehnoloģijas un tās potenciālo pielietojuma iespēju izpēte. Darba ietvaros tika veikta blokķēdes tehnoloģijas un šajā sfērā esošo vadošo tehnoloģisko risinājumu apskate, eksistējošo tehnoloģijas ierobežojumu un iespēju analīze. Papildus tika veikta padziļinātāka Ethereum blokķēdes platformas apskate, jo pēc veiktās izpētes, tā tika izvirzīts par mūsdienu blokķēdes sfērā esošo tehnoloģisko līderi. Pēc iegūto izpētes rezultātu analīzes darba praktiskajā daļā tika veikta uz Ethereum balstītas decentralizētas lietojumprogrammas prototipa un tā pamatā esošā viedā līguma izstrāde, kas tehniski veic automatizētu auto stāvlaukumu nomas realizāciju.

Darba ietvaros tika veikta viedo līgumu tehniskās un juridiskās iespējamības analīze, blokķēdes tehnoloģijas analīze, kā arī šīs tehnoloģijas salīdzinājums ar līdzīgām tehnoloģijām. Iegūtā informācija tika iegūta, lai izvirzītu uz blokķēdi balstītiem viedajiem līgumiem ideāli piemērotu lietošanas gadījumu. Great Britain, enjoying the status of preferential membership in the European union, benefited from the positive discrimination in many sectoral policies. After 23 June 2016 Brexit referendum, David Cameron’s and Theresa May’s governments work towards the status of preferential non-membership, opening a new chapter in the debate about differentiated forms of integration in Europe.
