Faktiskā rīcība ir viens no administratīvi procesuālajiem instrumentiem. Līdz šim tiesību doktrīnā visvairāk ir izpētītas administratīvo aktu raksturojošās pamatpazīmes un veidi, savukārt faktiskās rīcības veidi analizēti salīdzinoši maz. Tāpēc ir nepieciešams izpētīt, pēc kādiem kritērijiem tiek iedalīta faktiskā rīcība un vai iespējami citi faktiskās rīcības klasifikācijas veidi, kā arī jānoskaidro iespējamo veidu nozīme un piemēri tiesu praksē. Total hysterectomy and bilateral adnexectomy is the standard treatment for atypical endometrial hyperplasia and early-stage endometrial cancer. However, the recommended surgical treatment precludes future pregnancy when these conditions are diagnosed in women in their fertile age. In these patients, fertility-sparing treatment may be feasible if the desire for childbearing is consistent and specific conditions are present. SummaryBackground Lymphoid aggregates are normally found throughout the small and large intestine. Known as lymphoid nodular hyperplasia (LNH), these aggregates are observed especially in young children and are not associated with clinical symptoms being considered ‘physiological’. In children presenting with gastrointestinal symptoms the number and size of the lymphoid follicles are increased.
