DELEGATION OF COMPETENCES IN THE RELATIONS SYSTEM OF THE ENTERPRISES MANAGEMENT

New quality of the modern market is shown in expansion of scales of cooperation of corporations and the small enterprises. Deciding condition of the successful formation of the competitive advantages is the level of the competence of the personnel of the enterprise. Competence becomes critical for the enterprise in case its management achieves organic composure of techno–technological, financial–marketing and organizational–managerial resources during the process of realization of business idea. Educare con la fiaba: le differenze di genere
2020
The anthropological premise to the pedagogical treatment of fairy tales contribution to the formation of sexual and gender identity in girls and boys is the origin of sexual dimorphism that, being present in all cultures, cannot only be the result of socio-cultural conditioning. Considering the mutual cooperation between men and women and the wider family and social harmony, contemporary fairy tales and the appropriate reinterpretations of classic fairy tales have great educational potential for sexual identity development and for overcoming social stereotypes related to sex in girls and boys.
How Social Entrepreneurs can Influence their Employees' Commitment
2017
ABSTRACTSocial entrepreneurship is an outstanding phenomenon that links entrepreneurship, social change, and economic development, which increasingly attracts the attention from scholars and policy makers alike. As in any other new venture, including social enterprises, motivated employees and the effect of their teamwork is considered the best way to deliver superior performance in highly competitive, global business environments. Therefore, employees' performance and their commitment become critical factors in the performance of social entrepreneurship. The aim of this article is to, first, explain how social entrepreneurs reinforce employees' commitment by developing some organizational …
Delegation and Institutional Design in Health-Care Rationing
2011
The delegation of decision-making powers to nonmajoritarian, independent agencies has become a significant phenomenon in more and more policy areas. One of these is the health-care sector, where decisions on the range of services covered within public systems have, in most developed countries, been delegated to specialized bodies. This article offers an analytical framework that seeks to grasp the empirical variety and complexity of delegative processes and appointed institutions. The framework is used to describe decision-making processes and institutions in six countries: Austria, Germany, Norway, Sweden, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. We find that, although constrained by preexisti…
Complementary Consumer Responsibility - The Limits to Immoral Delegation in Markets
2019
Delegation has been shown to facilitate individual immoral behavior. It is however unclear, if these findings extend to markets, where consumers may punish firms who delegate immoral production decisions. I address this question by employing an experimental market paradigm, involving an unfair product, containing a negative externality, and a fair product without externality. Passive delegation of the production decision, with random matching between an owner and a seller, leads to a lower share of the fair product being traded, consistent with the findings on responsibility diffusion. Active delegation in contrast, where owners have a choice over sellers first, increases the share of the f…
Since the early Middle …
Pierre Bourdieu’s Theory of Politics: An Interpretation
2018
Bourdieu’s theory of politics can be divided into three components: a general analysis of the social aspects of the political (le politique), a more specific analysis of politics (la politique), and his political practices. The author analyzes Bourdieu’s conception of social domination through topics such as political judgment and delegation and then his theory of the political field. In Bourdieu’s structuralist framework, the struggle for domination takes place between the dominant and the dominated. The second component restricts political action to a more specific social location, the political field. For Bourdieu, the division of society into social classes forms the explanatory basis f…
An Anonymous Delegatable Attribute-based Credential Scheme for a Collaborative E-health Environment
2019
We propose an efficient anonymous, attribute-based credential scheme capable of provisioning multi-level credential delegations. It is integrated with a mechanism to revoke the anonymity of credentials for resolving access disputes and making users accountable for their actions. The proposed scheme has a lower end-user computational complexity in comparison to existing credential schemes with delegatability and has a comparable level of performance with the credential standards of U-Prove and Idemix. Furthermore, we demonstrate how the proposed scheme can be applied to a collaborative e-health environment to provide its users with the necessary anonymous access with delegation capabilities.
Attribute based access control scheme with controlled access delegation for collaborative E-health environments
2017
Abstract Modern electronic healthcare (e-health) settings constitute collaborative environments with complex access requirements. Thus, there is a need for sophisticated fine-grained access control mechanisms to cater these access demands and thereby experience the full potential of e-health systems. In order to realize a flexible access control scheme, integrating access delegation is of paramount importance. However, access delegation has to be enforced in a controlled manner so that it will not jeopardize the security of the system. In this paper, we addressed this issue through proposing an attribute based access control scheme integrated with controlled access delegation capabilities. …
