Se realizó un estudio comparativo descriptivo de las políticas de atención de salud mental dirigidas a adolescentes en conflicto con la ley en Brasil y España. Se realizaron búsquedas en las bases de datos Google Académico, Medline y Scopus utilizando dos estrategias de búsqueda integral para identificar y sintetizar la literatura. Cilvēki šādus kredītus ņem neparedzētiem gadījumiem. Bakalaura darba mērķis, pamatojoties teorētiskām atziņām, Latvijas banku un nebanku sektora darbības rādītāju analīzi un Latvijas Republikas normatīvajiem aktiem, kā arī iedzīvotāju aptaujas rezultātiem, izpētīt situāciju patēriņa kredīta jomā, atklāt nepilnības un sniegt priekšlikumus to uzlabošanai. The Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) contributes to nature conservation by regulating international trade in listed species by means of a permit system. Through this control system all parties assist in maintaining the listed rare and threatened species in the wild. CITES allows trade in wild specimens up to a level that is not detrimental for the survival of the species in the wild, that is, a use of nature commonly referred to as sustainable use. This article examines the implementation of new special education legislation in Finland among students with significant disabilities. The data consist of a nationwide survey and field observations. In the analysis, a policy implementation framework is utilized as a theoretical lens. The findings suggest that schools and municipalities that had participated in long-term development projects had more capacity and willingness to reform special education practices substantially, suggesting that learning in one policy area can transfer to other domains across multiple levels of national and local governments. The statutes focusing on childrencontain the information regarding the expectations of the society. The documents date back to the periodfrom 1442 to 1917, when Finland gained independence.
