Objective: To observe the attitude of dentists and family doctors in prescribing antibiotics for the treatment of dental infections. Study Design: A poll was performed to determine the differences in the prescription of antibiotics for the treatment of odontogenic infection by dentists and family doctors of the primary care department of the Catalan Health Care Service. Results: A hundred polls were distributed among family doctors, and another 100 ones among primary care dentists assigned to the Catalan Health Care Service of the Generalitat de Catalunya. We appreciated reading that Drs Gemignani and Vitetta think our study (Bachmann et al. , 2010) provides support for the differential diagnosis of primary and secondary restless legs syndrome (RLS) associated with small fibre neuropathy, when comparing the sensory profiles of these groups of patients for the first time. SUMMARY Sleep–wake problems are frequent, although unrecognized, complications of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Sleep disorders such as insomnia, sleep-disordered breathing and restless legs syndrome have all been reported in patients with ALS, despite the limited number of studies and the small populations investigated so far. Pain, inability, bandages, periodicity of medications can seriously interfere with a good quality of life because of the lower compliance of geriatric patients to accept a surgical approach. Amb aquest TFM s’ha pretès posar en valor els castells de la comarca del Comtat. Es tracta d’un patrimoni, que si bé és conegut, requereix d’un millor coneixement per tal que puga ser preservat. Amb eixe objectiu s’ha creat un projecte d’identificació, anàlisi i posada en valor d’aquests bens, per tal d’acostar-los als locals i als visitants. Els recursos emprats han estat, en primer lloc, un catàleg de les diferents fortaleses i, en segon lloc, una sèrie d’itineraris culturals que tenen com a objectiu els castells, a més de la resta de béns patrimonials pels quals discorren. Dits itineraris poden seguir-se mitjançant rutes en Wikiloc i, d’altra banda, s’han dissenyat una sèrie de codis QR.…
