Todavía no disponemos de factores de riesgo definitivos que permitan predecir la naturaleza y magnitud de las complicaciones neuropsicológicas asociadas a la infección por VIH. Con este trabajo nos planteamos estudiar la naturaleza del deterioro neuropsicológico asociado al VIH en drogodependientes con historia de consumo de drogas por vía intravenosa inmunodeprimidos, así como determinar la influencia que tienen sobre el mismo la fase clínica de la infección (asintomáticolSIDA) y el consumo de drogas. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt bērnu audzināšanas modeli 19. gadsimta beigās Vācijā, ķeizara Vilhelma II valdīšanas laikā, jeb t.s. “Vilhelmīnisma laikmetā”. O presente artigo pretende evidenciar a importância de (re)conhecer as visões deformadas dos professores sobre o trabalho científico, para a partir daí poderem consciencializar e modificar as suas próprias concepções epistemológicas acerca da natureza da ciência e da construção do conhecimento científico. Afirma-se que o trabalho colaborativo de grupos de docentes, quando da realização de workshops, é bem mais produtivo e positivo do que o trabalho individual na detecção de tais visões. Combination of Searches for Invisible Higgs Boson Decays with the ATLAS Experiment

Dark matter particles, if sufficiently light, may be produced in decays of the Higgs boson. This Letter presents a statistical combination of searches for H → invisible decays where H is produced according to the standard model via vector boson fusion, Z(ℓℓ)H, and W/Z(had)H, all performed with the ATLAS detector using 36.1 fb⁻¹ of pp collisions at a center-of-mass energy of √s = 13 TeV at the LHC. In combination with the results at √s = 7 and 8 TeV, an exclusion limit on the H → invisible branching ratio of 0.26(0.17-0.05+0.07) at 95% confidence level is observed (expected).

The Meier Helmbrecht, written by Wernher der Gärtner between 1250 and 1280, has often been object of study especially with regard to the protagonist’s extreme ambition and the disowning of his own origins and of his family heritage, but it also offers excellent opportunities for linguistic reflexions. Contrary to what is expected in a text, where the main character lives an immoral life and where his family is constantly concerned about his fate, there are few words to express fear or anxiety, but Wernher der Gärtner chooses the words used carefully, highlighting the different ways the characters perceive and reveal these emotions. On the basis of unpublished manuscript materials – especially a letter from 22nd April, 1866 – this paper reconstructs some unknown aspects of the background and of the evaluation of Wilhelm Studemund’s apograph of the Institutes of Gaius published in 1874 and its Supplementa published in 1884. Particular attention is paid to the use of chemical substances for the decipherment of the Gaius’ palimpsest.
