Mitruma apstākļu ilgtermiņa ietekme uz dabisko ganību apsaimniekošanu kompleksā palienes ainavā

Dabisko ganību apsaimniekošanā kompleksās palienes ainavās ļoti nozīmīgi ir mitruma apstākļi – palu dinamika un sausuma periodi, jo tie dabiskajos zālājos atšķirībā no kultivētajiem zālājiem var ievērojami ietekmēt barības vielu apriti, augu izdzīvošanas spēju, ražību un šo faktoru saistību ar ganību apsaimniekošanas praksi, tāpēc maģistra darbā tika izanalizēta mitruma apstākļu (nokrišņu, palu un sausuma periodu) ietekme uz ganāmpulka, ganību apsaimniekošanu un ganību ražību ilgtermiņā – 17 gadu periodā. Gaujas ielejas morfoloģija Viduslatvijas un Piejūras zemienē

Bakalaura darbā veikts pētījums par Gaujas ielejas morfoloģiju lejasteces posmā. Darbā teorētiskajā daļā apzināti agrāk veikto pētījumu rezultāti par Gaujas ielejas ģeomorfoloģisko uzbūvi un veikta literatūras analīze par upju ieleju morfoloģisko uzbūvi un aluvialiem nogulumiem. Darbā rezultatā sagatavotas kartes, kuras balstītas uz Latvijas ģeotelpiskas informācijas aģentūras izveidoto LiDAR zemes virsmas modeli un autores veiktājiem kamerāliem un lauka pētījumiem. Iegūtie rezultāti apstrādāti izmantojot QGis, ArcMap, Streonet un Microsattion datorprogrammas. Pandemia zakłóciła tradycyjne łańcuchy dostaw i światowy handel głębiej niż inne kryzysy z niedawnej przeszłości. W złożonym środowisku biznesowym firmy zmuszone są przemyśleć i przeprojektować swoje łańcuchy dostaw pod kątem potrzebnej im odporności i elastyczności. Dlatego celem niniejszego artykułu jest identyfikacja trendów i rozwiązań logistycznych, które powinny zostać uwzględnione, aby firmy mogły umiejętnie poruszać się w nowej rzeczywistości. Na podstawie przeglądu literatury i doświadczeń przedsiębiorstw zostaną wskazane rola i znaczenie odporności (rezyliencji) oraz zarządzania ryzkiem w zapewnianiu sprawności i przejrzystości łańcuchów dostaw.
Differences in wage determination in the Eurozone: A challenge to the resilience of the common currency

Abstract Different developments in wages and unit labor costs across countries can reduce the synchronization of business cycles within a currency area and therefore be a potential source of asymmetric shocks and/or asymmetric response to a common shock. In this paper, we use novel econometric methods to identify differences and similarities in wage determination across Eurozone countries. Results show that wages have different determinants across euro area countries, among which two relatively distinct groups can be identified. In particular, wages in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Finland behave more similarly, are less sticky and respond more to macroeconomic …

In the last two decades, the modern family has been going through significant changes in several aspects of its configuration and structure, requiring a complex and multidisciplinary perspective essential to its understanding. The children subsystem is not immune to these changes, and the parent-child relationship must be reformulated in the light of these wider transformations. Today the modern family, therefore, can appear to be deeply different from the traditional one in terms of structure and roles. This paper is a reflection on some of the alternatives to the traditional family forms in order to highlight critical and resilience factors.
