The subject matter is developed around the Other, their presence and their personalising in the literary-cultural space. The reality becomes the source of observation (fiction and non-fiction) and reveals not only a variety of human experience in the world of multiculturalism, but also forms of “branding” the Other (rhetoric of the dominant communities towards cultural minorities) which correspond to them. The analysis of the rhetoric of speech and image permits to reveal the good and the bad side of language-cultural stereotypes, including also attitudes and behaviours affected by ideology.
The role of regional competitiveness in shaping the heterogeneous impact of the Great Recession

This paper assesses the employment resilience of 202 European regions to the Great Recession by investigating the role of regional competitiveness. By using the regional shift component derived from a multiple bases shift–share analysis of employment change as a measure of regional endogenous employment growth, we show that pre‐crisis regional competitiveness determinants are associated with positive performances during the crisis period. However, the variables considered explain well the different vulnerability of the economies, but less convincingly the ability to recover. The essay concerns the involvement of Regional Legislators in the implementation of National Recovery and Resilience Plan («Piano nazionale di ripresa e resilienza»), considering regulatory simplification measures programmed by the Plan. In this perspective, it proposes a comparison between the Plan and the Italian Simplification Agenda 2020-2023 and it examines the framework of regional regulatory simplification measures.

Skolotāju atbiruma dēļ, ko izraisa novecošanās, izdegšana un pārmaiņas izglītības sistēmā, ik gadu daļa vakanču skolās paliek neaizpildītas. Maģistra darba "Skolotāju dzīvesspēka veicināšana palikšanai profesijā" mērķis ir izpētīt, kā dzīvesspēks var veicināt skolotāju palikšanu profesijā. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, ir veikts fenomenoloģiskais pētījums. Datu ieguvei tiek izmantota anketa skolotājiem (Dzīvesspēka aptauja pieaugušajiem Resilience Scale for Adults), lai noteiktu viņu dzīvesspēku un atlasītu kandidātus intervijai. Addition of Ethylene or Hydrogen to a Main-Group Metal Cluster under Mild Conditions

Reaction of the tin cluster Sn8(Arinline image)4 (Arinline image=C6H2-2,6-(C6H3-2,4,6-Me3)2) with excess ethylene or dihydrogen at 25 °C/1 atmosphere yielded two new clusters that incorporated ethylene or hydrogen. The reaction with ethylene yielded Sn4(Arinline image)4(C2H2)5 that contained five ethylene moieties bridging four aryl substituted tin atoms and one tin–tin bond. Reaction with H2 produced a cyclic tin species of formula (Sn(H)Arinline image)4, which could also be synthesized by the reaction of {(Arinline image)Sn(μ-Cl)}2 with DIBAL-H.
