This research was carried out to examine the role of brand capital in higher education through the administration and service employees. For this purpose, the main contributions of the literature related to the study of brand capital and its application in the educational sector were analyzed, identifying which variables determine brand capital in the higher education sector. Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine the antecedents of word-of-mouth (WOM) in long-term service settings. Specifically, the authors examine the moderating role of action inertia in the relationships between satisfaction and repatronage intention, satisfaction and WOM, and repatronage intention and WOM. Employees' overestimation of functional and relational service quality: A gap analysis

This study extends previous research on gap analysis of service quality by including not only functional service quality but also relational benefits. To this end, a field study was carried out in 36 hotels and 35 restaurants. The samples consisted of 213 employees and 657 customers. A questionnaire format was used to measure both functional and relational service quality, as well as customers' loyalty. Building on the interactionist approach and the consideration of service organizations as open-systems, this study examines the moderating role of team climate for innovation on the relationship between team engagement and service performance. The sample consisted of 599 customers, 344 boundary employees, and 86 supervisors nested in 86 teams from 60 hotels. This study endeavours to contribute to a better understanding of Service Quality (SQ) in online banking by examining the various dimensions related to creating a satisfactory online banking experience.
