Estudio del espesor óptico de nubes a partir de radiación solar

El objetivo general de este trabajo es el cálculo del espesor óptico de nubes para nubes bajas y medias formadas por gotas de agua en la ciudad de Burjassot (Valencia), mediante un método de minimización. Los espesores han sido obtenidos tanto para cielos cubiertos como para cielos parcialmente nubosos con el Sol oculto por las nubes, a partir de medidas de irradiancia eritemática (UVER) e irradiancia solar total a nivel de suelo. External cognition concerns knowledge that is embedded in our everyday lives and environment. One type of knowledge is memories, recollections of events that occurred in the past. So how do we remember them? One way this can be done is through cuing and reconstructing. These cues can be internal, in our minds, or in our everyday environment. In this paper we look at memory cues in our environment by comparing the effect of cue modality (odor, physical artifact, photo, sound, and video) on the number of memory details people had from a unique one-day real-life event. Evolution of Free Amino Acids, Histamine and Volatile Compounds in the Italian Anchovies (Engraulis encrasicolus L.) Sauce at Different Ripening Times

In this study, the evolution of the safety, nutritional, and volatile profile of a traditional Italian anchovy sauce with protected designation of origin (PDO), called “colatura di alici di Cetara”, is investigated after 12, 24, and 48 months of aging in wooden barrels. Some physicochemical parameters, free amino acids, volatile compounds, and histamine contents were evaluated during the aging of the samples. Glutamate, which together with aspartate is responsible for the umami taste, was the predominant free amino acid in the tested fish sauce, with a significant increase during the 48 months of maturation.
