Darbā tiek apskatīti silīcija kristālu audzēšanas peldošas zonas metodes skaitliskie elektromagnētiskā lauka aprēķini. Darbā tiek salīdzinātas dažādas skaitlisku aprēķinu metodes. No vienas puses izmanto programmu, kas implementē robeželementu metodes augstfrekvences elektromagnētiska lauka tuvinājumā. Alternatīvi tiek apskatīta virsmas impedances robežnosacījumu ieviešana programmās, kas balstās uz galīgo elementu metodi. Virsmas impedances robežnosacījumu implementācija ir pieejama ANSYS, GetDP un FEMM programmās 2D un 3D gadījumā. Modeļu precizitāte tiek novērtēta uz vienkāršota piemēra. Izmantojot ieviestos robežnosacījumus, tiek veikti reālas 4 collu peldošas zonas sistēmas aprēķini.

Herein we report the synthesis of a set of constrained peptidomimetics endowed with an electrophilic vinyl ester warhead and structurally related to a previously identified lead compound, a potent and irreversible inhibitor of falcipain-2 (FP-2). FP-2 is the main hemoglobinase of the malaria parasite P. falciparum. The new compounds were evaluated for their inhibition against FP-2, and the results were rationalized on the basis of docking experiments. Cytisine (CYT) is a powerful anti-smoking compound which could greatly benefit from transbuccal delivery because of both its unfavorable pharmacokinetics after oral administration and its intrinsic ability to permeate the buccal mucosa. This work aims to design CYT-loaded buccal thin films suitable for transbuccal drug delivery due to its capability of promoting the interaction between CYT and the buccal membrane.
