Sensorimotoro funkciju novērtēšana cilindra un stūra testā pelēm pēc modelēta insulta

Insults ir akūta neiroloģiska disfunkcija, kas izraisa neiroloģiskas, sensorimotoras un uzvedības izmaiņas. Lai izprastu insulta patoloģiskos mehānismus un izstrādātu jaunas terapijas, insults tiek modelēts eksperimentāli. Stūra un cilindra uzvedības testus izmanto, lai novērtētu sensorimotorās funkcijas grauzējiem. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izvērtēt cilindra un stūra testa pielietojumu modelēta insulta gadījumā pelēm divu mēnešu periodā. Pētījumā secināts - lai mazinātu peļu pierašanu un neaktivitāti, cilindra un stūra testus ieteicams veikt pārmaiņus, kā arī ne pārāk bieži. The evaluation of soccer players’ physical fitness from youth onward is important for monitoring performance and planning training. While health-related factors present valid and reliable tests, the skill-related component should be studied in depth. An interesting test to evaluate the skill-related factors is the Harre circuit test (HTC); unfortunately, this test includes the somersault, an element not present in soccer.
