This thesis looks at happiness as perceived and shown in Christian Bobin's works. For this purpose, we used the approach of Bachelard to define Bobin’s symbolic element of happiness: the flame. To deal with the problem of time and its complexity, involved in our main problem, we applied theories of Bachelard, Bergson and those of modern physics, as well as the “logic of the contradictory” (of Lupasco). The images associated with intellect are analyzed based on Henry Corbin's works and are defined as “image- body-reality”. In his important work, Orthodox Spirituality , Father Dumitru Staniloae considers that, besides the real existence of the subconscious, there exists in man another reality as well, comprising the superior divine energies found in the human heart and which he defined by using the modern notion of transconscious or supraconscious. Contribution: The present study emphasises on the origin, definitions and content of this concept in the work of Father Staniloae and its great importance in defining a way to know God and his salvation works, from the perspective of an anchorite and Christian mystic, engaged in the existential tension of communion with God.

Having carried out a research in the Polish Library in Paris, the author delves into the life and work of Olizarowski, focusing on his existing manuscripts and assessing the aesthetic value of his selected works. Particularly, the analysis concentrates on Ukrainian themes, as well as melancholy, macabre, grotesque and mysticism.

AbstractOur starting point in this article is that the question of the essence of psychotherapy has to some extent been neglected. Its medical context has strengthened the tendency to interpret psychotherapy in general from a technical and overtly rationalistic standpoint. Instead, we would underline the importance of the philosophical and historical roots of all psychotherapies. In our view, it is imperative to acknowledge the antirationalistic underpinnings that have always informed the discipline. Fenomen Świętego Głupca jest jednym ze szczególnych przejawów duchowości, wspólnym dla religii abrahamowych. Dogłębna analiza korzeni i różnych egzemplifikacji tego zjawiska (prorok, jurodiwy i sufi), jakiej dokonano w artykule, pozwoli szerzej poznać opisywaną postać, a także, przynajmniej częściowo, zmienić negatywne skojarzenia, jakie przywodzi na myśl głupota sama w sobie. Wyjątkowość Świętego Głupca może być przyczynkiem do refleksji na temat miejsca człowieka wyobcowanego w społeczeństwie, oddziaływania i łamania tabu oraz uświadomienia sobie wspólnych źródeł wielkich religii, o których ich walczący wyznawcy zdają się zapominać.

The essay's main purpose is to eradicate the topic that the Blaquerna is in fact Llull’s autobiography and that the LAA reflects in a direct way R. Llull's mystical experience. While the LAA fits perfectly the general structure of the Blaquerna and could very well nave originally been conceived as a part of this novel, the evidence so far available seems to indicate that the LAA never existed as an independent text.

Lejtmotyw miłosierdzia Bożego jest obecny w kulturze muzycznej wszystkich epok, od czasów średniowiecza, gdzie był obecny w śpiewach gregoriańskich, aż po czasy współczesne. Fundamentem śpiewów, powstałych na przestrzeni wieków, były najczęściej teksty biblijne sławiące tajemnicę miłosierdzia Bożego i Bożej łaskawości. Sposób wyrażenia lejtmotywu miłosierdzia Bożego zależał od zespolenia warstwy tekstu ze współczynnikami muzycznego stylu danej epoki, a także od duchowości i oblicza mistyki danej epoki.
