Sabiedrības vajadzībām nepieciešamā nekustamā īpašuma atsavināšanas likums paredz nekustamā īpašuma atsavināšanu sabiedrības vajadzībām labprātīgā vai piespiedu kārtā, saņemot taisnīgu atlīdzību. Pētījuma mērķis ir analizēt labprātīgas un piespiedu nekustamā īpašuma atsavināšanas sabiedrības vajadzībām procesa ietekmi uz taisnīgas atlīdzības noteikšanu nekustamā īpašuma īpašniekam. Iegūtie rezultāti liecina, ka slēdzot līgumu par labprātīgu nekustamā īpašuma atsavināšanu sabiedrības vajadzībām, nekustamā īpašuma īpašniekam ir lielākas iespējas iegūt taisnīgu atlīdzību Sabiedrības vajadzībām nepieciešamā nekustamā īpašuma atsavināšanas likuma kontekstā.

Research on the role of Th17 lymphocytes in MS pathogenesis has made significant progress in identifying various immunological as well as environmental factors that induce the differentiation and expansion of these cells, different subsets of Th17 cells with varying degrees of pathogenicity, and the role of the secreted effector cytokines.
