Rocības maksimizācijas stratēģijas Latvijas mājsaimniecībās

Darba pētnieciskā tēma ir Latvijas mājsaimniecību labklājības nodrošināšanas stratēģijas pastāvošajā ekonomiskajā un sociālajā sistēmā Latvijā. Darba mērķis ir Latvijas mājsaimniecību ekonomiskās uzvedības izpēte un tās sasaiste ar nodokļu un sociālā atbalsta sistēmu Latvijā. Pētījumā analizēta piecu Latvijas mājsaimniecību ekonomiskā uzvedība, izmantojot tādus antropoloģiskos konceptus kā mājsaimniecība un mājsaimniecības stratēģijas. Pētījums apkopo piecu Latvijas mājsaimniecību finanšu datus, iknedēļas aktivitāšu datus un intervijas ar šo mājsaimniecību locekļiem. Atstādināšanas no darba pienākumu veikšanas regulējuma ietvaros pastāv zināmi problēmjautājumi. Pirmkārt, ar aizliegumu darba devējam atstādināt darbinieku no darba ilgāk par trīs mēnešiem. Taču, ja šādu atstādināšanu pieprasa attiecīgi pilnvarota valsts institūcija šāds ierobežojums termiņa ziņā darba devējam nav paredzēts. Šeit rodas zināma nevienlīdzīga likumdevēja griba darba devēja tiesību un valsts institūciju tiesību nošķiršanas ziņā. Clinical‑dermoscopic similarities between atypical nevi and early stage melanoma

Atypical (Clark) nevi are benign tumors that may be considered precursors of melanoma. Many studies acknowledge a linear progression from typical to atypical nevi that eventually transform into melanoma. It is often challenging to differentiate a Clark nevus from melanoma, especially in its early stages, due to their clinical, dermoscopic, and histological resemblance. Dermoscopy is a powerful tool in early melanoma diagnosis, but it is a subjective method of examination. Therefore, the use of dermoscopic algorithms and checklists can overcome this issue. Vibrational spectra and DFT calculations of PPV-oligomers

The first two members of the p-phenylenevinylene- oligomer family (i. e. 1, 4-distyrylbenzene [DSB] and 4, 4'-distyrylstilbene [DSS]) were synthesized and their infrared and Raman spectra recorded and empirically assigned. Molecular geometries were optimized for the planar point group (C2h) by the density functional theory (DFT) method using the B3LYP functional and 6-31G* basis set. Calculations of vibrational spectra, including intensities, were carried out subsequently using the DFT method with the same basis set and linear scaling was applied. The potential cardiovascular (CV) toxicity associated with combined antiretroviral therapy (cART) has been attributed mainly to the nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors abacavir and didanosine. However, the other two components of cART--non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTIs) and protease inhibitors (PIs)--may also be implicated, either directly or by influencing the action of the other drugs.
