In this article I will delineate a theoretical frame in which various aspects of politics are taken into account in relation to research on cultural policy histories. Hronisko brūču dzīšana ir viena no aktuālākajām tēmām medicīnas nozarē, un tādēļ ir nepieciešams izstrādāt jaunus materiālus un aktīvās vielas, kuri būtu efektīvāki un ātrāki hronisko brūču aprūpes risinājumos. Maģistra darbā tika izvērtēti jaunizveidotie biomateriāli, kas ietver glikoproteīnu, efektivitāte brūču dzīšanas procesos Wistar žurku tēviņiem un veikti akūtas toksicitātes noteikšanas pētījumi ICR peļu tēviņiem. Joprojām ir aktuāla dzīšanu stimulējošu, jaunu funkcionālu biomateriālu izveide, lai nodrošinātu ātrāku un efektīvāku brūču dzīšanas procesu klīnikā. Maģistra darbā tika izvērtēti jaunizveidotie biomateriāli, kas ietver glikoproteīnu, efektivitāte brūču dzīšanas procesos Wistar žurku tēviņiem un veikti akūtas toksicitātes noteikšanas pētījumi C57BL/6 līnijas peļu tēviņiem. Iegūtie rezultāti uz brūču dzīšanas procesu apstiprina jaunizveidoto biomateriālu (1 un 2) efektivitāti un progresīvu dinamiku brūču dzīšanas procesos, jau sākot ar pētījuma ceturto dienu, salīdzinot ar kontroles grupas rezultātiem. Mūsdienās ir svarīgi iegūt problēmrisināšanas un analītiskās iemaņas lai pielāgotos strauji mainīgajām prasībām mūsdienu sabiedrībā. Līdz ar to, bez zināšanu iegūšanas, skolēniem ir jāapgūst autonomo mācīšanās prasmju kopumu, kas bieži vien paliek novārtā nodarbību laika trūkuma dēļ. Diplomdarba mērķis bija izpētīt, kā apgrieztās metodes mācību nodarbība var sekmēt autonomās mācīšanās prasmju attīstību. Gadījuma izpētē, kas tika izvēlēta par pētniecības metodi, atklājās, ka apgrieztās metodes mācību nodarbība pozitīvi ietekmē izglītojamo spēju noteikt resursus, saglabāt apņēmību un motivāciju, lai pabeigtu uzdevumu, pašuzraudzību un sevis atspoguļošanu un spēju novērtēt mācīšanās rezultātus.

The depth and persistence of the Great Recession that started in 2008 had a considerable impact on income distribution and inequality. Therefore, studies of living standards and evolution of income inequality are trend topics nowadays. Our goal was to estimate the impact of the economic crises on household expenditure and the trends and evolution of regional inequality. We applied our analysis to the Spanish case based on Household Budget Survey data from Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE, the National Statistics Institute) and the period of eleven years between 2006 and 2016.
