This article uses a relationality-sensitive perspective to analyse long-term breastfeeding. The data was gathered through open invitations to write, and the article is based on the written reflections of 39 long-term breastfeeding Finnish mothers. In Finland, the breastfeeding of babies is strongly supported, but long-term breastfeeding (over 12 months) is a more conflicted issue, and the cultural norm of one year of breastfeeding is strong. Through qualitative content analysis, the article shows how mothers reflect on long-term breastfeeding’s effects on their relations with their breastfed children, partners (if any), relatives and healthcare professionals. Youth sport experience provides opportunities for physical, personal, and social development in youngsters. Sport is a social system in which socially constructed gender differences and stereotypes are incorporated, and specific sport activities are often perceived as gender characterized. In un epistola del 1426 indirizzata ad Antonio Panormita, Poggio Bracciolini commenta la lettura dell’Hermphroditus e ne loda la «iucunditatem carminis, iocos et sales» in essa contenuti, elogiando l’amico per aver trattato argomenti tanto impudichi in maniera così elegante e composta; e aggiunge: «ita multa exprimi turpiuscula, ut non enarrari sed agi videantur, neque ficta a te iocandi causa, ut exstimo, sed acta extimari possint».
