Non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) holds the promise to be a key enabler of 5G communication. However, the existing design of NOMA systems must be optimized to achieve maximum rate while using minimum transmit power. To do so, this paper provides a novel technique based on multi-objective optimization to efficiently allocate resources in the multi-user NOMA systems supporting downlink transmission. The literature on the subject has had a greater intensification on its registers during the Dictatorial Regime (1964 to 1985). Abstract This article proposes a multi-currency cross-hedging strategy that minimizes the exchange risk. The use of derivatives in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is not common but, despite its complexity, can be interesting for those with international activities. In particular, the reduction in the exchange risk borne through the use of natural multi-currency cross-hedging is measured, considering Conditional Value-at-Risk (CVaR) and Value-at-Risk (VaR) for measuring market risk instead of the variance. Abstract Objective tinnitus is defined as a type of tinnitus perceived by both the patient and external observer. This paper presents two cases of objective tinnitus related to palatal tremor, along with a literature review. Palatal tremor is a condition characterized by soft palate involuntary contractions. Two types of palatal tremor have been described: symptomatic palatal tremor and essential palatal tremor, with different clinical manifestations.
