Līnijveida infrastruktūras objektu izvietojuma un būvniecības tiesiskie aspekti

Latvijā tiek realizēti vairāki liela mēroga līnijveida infrastruktūras objektu projekti, kuri ir nozīmīgi Latvijas tautsaimniecības un ekonomikas attīstībā. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt šāda veida objektu būvniecības tiesiskos aspektus, tiesisko regulējumu nekustamā īpašuma iegūšanai šādu objektu izvietošanai, kā arī vides tiesību nozīmi šādu projektu realizācijā. Iegūtie rezultāti norāda uz atsevišķiem trūkumiem pašreizējā tiesiskajā regulējumā. Pētījumā sniegti priekšlikumi par nepieciešamajiem grozījumiem tiesību aktos.

Although the challenge posed by social media and the participatory turn concerns culture and values at the very heart of journalism, journalists have been reluctant to adopt participatory values and practices. In this article, our focus is on sustainable development in mathematics education from the point of view of teacher training. The aim was to develop prospective teachers’ content knowledge and pedagogical content knowledge of school mathematics. As a case study, we chose the mathematical symbol “a/b”, and examined how prospective class teachers in Finland connect it to the concepts of fraction, ratio, division, rational number or probability. Darbā iekļauts vispārīgs noraidījuma un atstatīšanās institūta apskats, padziļināti pētot Kriminālprocesa likumā ietverto regulējumu. Darba uzdevums ir noskaidrot tiesību uz objektīvu tiesvedību un noraidījuma institūta būtību, jēdzienu “objektivitāte” un “noraidījums” saturu. Pētīt tiesneša noraidīšanas un atstatīšanās pamatus un procesuālos aspektus. Izpētīt noraidījuma institūta vēsturisko rašanās procesu, kā arī salīdzināt institūta regulējumu procesuālajos likumos. This thesis asks the question “What is the role of journalism in social innovation?” It explores how journalism is redefined when it engages in the creation of “the new” in society. The study analyzes four cases of journalism-related social innovation in two countries – the USA and Finland: a contentious national media event; crowdsourcing for legislation; a series of dialogic innovation workshops in Finland; an environment of data-based civic innovation in the USA. Meta-Analysis, Ideals of Objectivity, and the Reliability of Medical Knowledge

This paper focuses on the ideals of scientific objectivity as they emerge in discussions concerning meta-analyses and medical research. Stegenga (2011) has argued that meta-analyses fail to be objective because conducting them involves making judgments. I show that his reasoning is based on the so-called procedural ideal of objectivity, which can be questioned: this ideal is unattainable and does not capture some of the problematic issues of medical research. Bakalaura darbā “Dāvanu pieņemšanas ierobežojums kā garants tiesnešu objektivitātei” darba autore pēta regulējumu dāvanu pieņemšanas ierobežojumiem. Darbā apskata jautājumus par tiesībām uz taisnīgu tiesu, tiesnešu (tiesas) objektivitātes un neatkarības jēdzienus, un to saturu tiesnešu ētikas kodeksā un normatīvajos aktos. Skatīts arī jautājums, kas ir dāvanas, un kāda ir to pasniegšanas nozīme, dāvanu pasniegšanas ierobežojumu saturs, to normatīvais regulējums. Bakalaura darbā Satversmes tiesas tiesnešu noraidīšanas un atstatīšanas institūts autors pēta tiesnešu noraidīšanas un atstatīšanās regulējumu un tā saturu. Teorētiskajā daļā tika ietverts objektivitātes jēdziena saturs normatīvo aktu un ētikas normu ietvarā. Praktiskajā daļā tika pētīts Satversmes tiesas procesā pastāvošā atstatīšanās institūta saturs un piemērošana praksē. Atbilstoši Satversmes tiesas specifikai, tika analizēta noraidījuma institūta nepieciešamība Satversmes tiesas procesā un likumdošanas procesa rezultātā iespējamie pilnveidojumi. Ņemot vērā normatīvā regulējuma trūkumu Satversmes tiesas procesā, tika skatīti vairāki problēmjautājumi saistībā ar šo institūtu pastāvēšanu …
