Do SETA Interventions Change Security Behavior? : A Literature Review

Information security education, training, and awareness (SETA) are approaches to changing end-users’ security behavior. Research into SETA has conducted interventions to study the effects of SETA on security behavior. However, we lack aggregated knowledge on ‘how do SETA interventions influence security behavior?’. This study reviews 21 empirical SETA intervention studies published across the top IS journals. The aim of this study was to systematically review lay health worker (LHW)–led self-management interventions for adults with long-term conditions to see how the interventions have been implemented and to compose a synthesis of research findings, taking into consideration the intervention components that have been applied. We conducted systematic searches for articles published between January 2010 and December 2015 in five databases: Cochrane, MEDLINE, CINAHL, PsycINFO, and Web of Science. Servant Leadership in a Nordic Healthcare Organization

The aim of this chapter is to deepen the understanding of employees’ perceptions of servant leadership (SL) in the context of healthcare organizations. The empirical findings are based on the analysis of qualitative data collected in a Nordic healthcare organization that supports SL. Based on theory-driven content analysis, perceptions of SL were evaluated based on Spears’ definition of SL, which this chapter supports and develops. The findings show that SL seems to be a suitable approach for leadership in a healthcare organization. This article aims to understand how principals perceive collective competences in their schools’ shared leadership contexts. Collective competences are crucial in shared leadership but have not been widely explored within educational leadership studies. This study investigates collective competences through two intersected models: attribute and relational models.
