Cette recherche explore la contribution du choix d’organisation de l’amont du canal au renforcement de la position concurrentielle de l’enseigne de detail a partir d’une application au marche des fruits et legumes en France. Trois dimensions sont abordees. Dans un premier temps est propose un cadre theorique de l’interaction entre dynamique des formes de vente au detail et dynamique du canal, aboutissant a une typologie en trois classes des formats de vente specialises dans les fruits et legumes. Pouvoir dans les organisations. Un vent de folie sur l’America’s Cup 2010

National audience; Ce cas a pour objectif de mettre en évidence le leadership dans la relation de pouvoir entre deux entités dans le cas particulier de la 33e America’s Cup. L’America’s Cup est la plus vieille compétition sportive (1851) et la plus prestigieuse des compétitions de voile par équipe. Le sport connaît un développement considérable entraînant des luttes de pouvoir entre les organisations désireuses de maximiser les différentes retombées. Ainsi, le conflit sur l’America’s Cup 2010 doit permettre d’identifier les positions des participants et d’essayer de comprendre quelles stratégies mettre en place, au travers de différentes coalitions, afin de favoriser leur position.

Abstract Previous research suggests that individual differences play an essential role in the complex process of organisational stress. The mediator role of specific individual differences and coping strategies, in the stressor – strain (effect) relationship is investigated in the present research. One sample of romanian employees (N=311) from an administrative-public service organisation participated in the study. Luet Työsuojelurahaston rahoittaman JoKo-hankkeen (Lähijohtaminen kestävän oppimisen edistäjänä työelämässä) loppuraporttia. Tuomme tässä raportissa esille havaintojamme hankkeen aikana kerätyn haastatteluaineiston annista ja toteutetun ryhmävalmennuksen kokemuksista ja luomme niiden pohjalta syvempää ymmärrystä oppimisen kestävyydestä työssä. Suomalaisessa työelämässä painotetaan osaamisen ja jatkuvan oppimisen merkitystä erityisesti asiantuntijatyössä, mutta ymmärrystä oppimisen kestävyydestä meillä on vielä hyvin vähän.
