The aim of this study was to build a conception as well as a substantive theory of adult learners’ group learning. The framework for this study is andragogy, which places the life context of adult learners at the center of the learning process (Knowles 1990). This study has been carried out using grounded theory as a research methodology. Hermeneutics offers a broad scientific paradigm for the understanding of group learning as a phenomenon, whereas grounded theory offers a concrete tool for analyzing data and developing a substantive theory. Psychological Detachment as a Mediator Between Successive Days Job Stress and Negative Affect of Teachers

The study investigated the mediating role of teachers' psychological detachment between successive days' job stress and negative affect. Fifty-seven Finnish teachers answered to a mobile diary four times a day on two successive workdays assessing their negative affect, three times a day assessing their job stress and once a day after work assessing their psychological detachment from work. Two-level modeling on both the between individual level and within day level was used to test the mediational model. Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli tutkia pienten lasten päivittäisiä rytmejä kodin, päiväaikaan tapahtuvan varhaiskasvatuksen ja päivähoidon sekä vuoro-hoidon konteksteissa. Työntekijöiden työajat ovat 24/7-talouden myötä erilais-tuneet ja epätyypilliset työajat, eli ilta-, yö- ja viikonlopputyöt ovat monien vanhempien arkea. Wellness Technology Use in Everyday Life: A Diary Study

Digital wellness technologies and their use have become exceedingly popular. More and more people are using them in their everyday lives. Respectively, the need to understand their users and usage has increased. This study aims to deepen the understanding of how people use and perceive wellness technologies in their everyday lives. Empirically, the study is based on diaries collected from 18 participants over a six-week period, which are analysed using thematic analysis. The results show that the use of wellness technologies can positively influence wellness motivation.
