Leadership is considered very pivotal in institutions and no single leader can boss of executing leadership alone. In spite of the fact that shared leadership ideology can be dated as far back as 1920s, there has been multitude of supposition regarding shared leadership tenets and how it can be enacted in institutions. Skolotāju atbiruma dēļ, ko izraisa novecošanās, izdegšana un pārmaiņas izglītības sistēmā, ik gadu daļa vakanču skolās paliek neaizpildītas. Maģistra darba "Skolotāju dzīvesspēka veicināšana palikšanai profesijā" mērķis ir izpētīt, kā dzīvesspēks var veicināt skolotāju palikšanu profesijā. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, ir veikts fenomenoloģiskais pētījums. The bacterium causing cholera, Vibrio cholerae, is a marine organism and coastal waters are important reservoirs of the organism. There are more than 200 serogroups of V. cholerae, of which serogroups O1 and O139 are known to be the causative agent of the cholera. The main virulent factor in V. cholerae is cholera toxin gene (ctx) that is found from the epidemic O1 and O139 strains, but may also be found in some strains other than O1 and O139 (non-O1 and non-O139).
