Metsäteollisuuden deindustrialisaatio on aiheuttanut uudelleen rakenteistumista, mikä vaikuttaa pieniin asutuskeskuksiin jotka aiemmin ovat olleet riippuvaisia paperi- ja selluloosatehtaista. Pro gradu –työssäni olen kuvaillut ja analysoinut tapoja joilla Mänttä, pieni paperiteollisuuskaupunki, on selvinnyt suurista muutoksista. Mänttä on vastannut muutoksiin pyrkimällä investoimaan kulttuuriin ja taiteeseen. Mänttä pyrkii nykyään profiloitumaan ”taidekaupunkina”, sillä siellä järjestetään lukuisia taidenäyttelyitä ja kulttuuritapahtumia. Il saggio indaga in una prospettiva storico-linguistica e antropologica la natura del rapporto di cuginanza nella civiltà greca, proponendo confronti con la terminologia e la relativa concezione nel mondo latino. In questo articolo rispondo alle critiche e ai commenti alla mia ricostruzione della concezione del potere di Michel Foucault proposti da Bruno Celano, José Juan Moreso, Marco Segatti, Alessandro Spena. Mi concentro in particolare sui seguenti aspetti: la connessione fra la nozione foucaultiana di potere e il conflitto; la distinzione fra potere disciplinare, potere governamentale, e potere normativo; la concezione foucaultiana della libertà come autorialità; ciò che Foucault può suggerire riguardo ad alcune “macchie cieche” della teoria del diritto contemporanea.

The present paper aims to identify the causes of under-representation of women in E-sports. According to a genre perspective, interest in videogames at the amateur level is quite similar. However, in its professional level, female participation becomes very limited. The fact that physical effort is irrelevant (a requirement for ?traditional sports?) could be considered a variable that would negatively affect greater to equality in the conditions of access and participation of women in electronic sports. The paper focuses on the ?unexpected pathways? of successful students with an immigrant background: these biographical routes, that seems socially impossible, raise theoretical issues around the individual-society, actor-structure relationship. Disadvantaged students who succeed represent a sociological challenge in the attempt to understand atypical situations and to identify the institutional processes and the structural opportunities that facilitate them, reducing ethnic inequalities in education. Based on an ethnographic approach, this paper explores how members of a new age spiritual movement known as ?Llave Mariana? (LLM) build and experience their bodies. At the same time, it develops a thick description of their ritual practices and later it analyzes, delving fundamentally into the phenomenological perspective, how these members shape and transform their forms of self-perception, experience, and representation of others and the environment.
