The current study analyzed how identity, couple, and intergroup dynamics are related to life satisfaction among 210 intercultural partners living in Italy. Three levels of analysis were considered: a micro level, taking into account the identity aspect of each partner in terms of self- or hetero-ethnic identification; a meso level, examining the passion, commitment, and intimacy of the couple sphere of the partners; a macro level investigating the discrimination that partners can perceive by the community as an effect of the relationship between dominant and minority groups. El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar el ajuste psicosocial en los adolescentes víctimas de violencia de pareja, considerando posibles diferencias en función de la frecuencia de la victimización y del sexo de los adolescentes. Los indicadores del ajuste psicológico y social analizados son el ánimo depresivo, los sentimientos de soledad, el autoconcepto, la satisfacción con la vida y la calidad de la comunicación con el padre y la madre. In recent years, interest in satisfaction with love life (SWLL) has increased. Empirical evidence demonstrated that SWLL favors subjective well-being, physical and mental health, marital quality and stability. In this regard, the study aimed to examine evidence based on the internal structure validity, reliability, and measurement invariance of the Peruvian version of the Satisfaction with Love Life Scale (SWLLS). Sin embargo, el acuerdo de elección de la ley puede tener un contenido diferente al señalado en la redacción del artículo 22 de los ?Reglamentos Gemelos?. El objetivo del análisis es ilustrar que sería incorrecto sostener que tales acuerdos son, a priori, inválidos o no permiten la autonomía de la voluntad. Esta cuestión requiere una evaluación de la finalidad concreta del acuerdo de las partes y debería, al menos, estar abierta al examen del tribunal competente.
