Ģimenes jēdziens mūsdienu sabiedrībā konceptā ar faktiskās kopdzīves tiesiskā regulējuma nepieciešamību

Satversmes 110. pants paredz valsts pienākumu aizsargāt ģimeni, konkrētāk nepaskaidrojot šī jēdziena saturu. Tas izskaidrojams ar to, ka nav vienas definīcijas, kas aprakstītu jēdzienu “ģimene” un būtu derīga gadiem ilgi visās sabiedrībās. “Ģimene” ir plašs jēdziens, kas nepārtraukti attīstās un pielāgojas sociālajai realitātei. Arī šobrīd tas tiek modificēts, atzīstot, ka viendzimuma partneri ietilpst ģimenes jēdzienā un ir tiesiski aizsargājami. Tādejādi tiek mainīta līdzšinējā jēdziena “ģimene” izpratne un saturs. Darba koplīguma nozīme darba tiesiskajās attiecībās.

Sociālais dialogs un tā rezultātā noslēgtais darba koplīgums, ir aktuāls jautājums gan Latvijā, gan visā Eiropā, par ko liecina liels pētījumu skaits šajā jomā. Nesen – 2017.gadā tika pilnveidots Latvijas Republikas Darba likumā noteiktais regulējums attiecībā uz darba koplīgumiem un, it sevišķi ģenerālvienošanos, līdz ar to tas ir visnotaļ pamatots iemesls, lai veiktu šo grozījumu un darba koplīguma institūta sistemātisko izpēti. Darba tēma: Ģimenes institūts Latvijas Republikas normatīvajos aktos un tiesību realitātē. Latvijā, neskatoties uz ģimenes tiesību plašo regulējumu, kas nostiprināts Civillikumā, nav precīza juridiska ģimenes jēdziena skaidrojuma. Civillikumā noteikts šaurs ģimenes jēdziena skaidrojums, savukārt Latvijas Republikas Satversme nosaka, ka valsts pienākums ir atbalstīt un aizsargāt ģimeni, bet neizskaidro, kas ir ģimene. New polysaccharide-polyaminoacid hydrogels: a suitable strategy for colon-specific drug delivery

The aim of this study was to prepare and characterize novel hydrogels with polysaccharide–polyaminoacid structure, able to undergo an enzymatic hydrolysis in the colon and potentially useful for treating inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD). Starting materials were methacrylated dextran (DEX-MA) and methacrylated α,β-poly(N-2-hydroxyethyl)-DL-aspartamide (PHM). These polymers were photocrosslinked by exposure of their aqueous solutions at 313 nm without photoinitiators. Here, the synthesis of two graft copolymers based on α,β-poly(N-2-hydroxyethyl)-D,L-aspartamide (PHEA) and poly(lactic acid) (PLA), the O-(2-aminoethyl)-O′-galactosyl polyethylene glycol (GAL-PEG-NH2) or the methoxypolyethylene glycol amine (H2N-PEG-OCH3) is described. Starting from the obtained PHEA-PLA-PEG-GAL and PHEA-PLA-PEG copolymers, polymeric nanoparticles were prepared by high pressure homogenization–solvent evaporation method. High-precision measurement of a low Q value for allowed β−-decay of 131I related to neutrino mass determination

The ground-state-to-ground-state β−-decay 131I (7/2+) → 131Xe (3/2+) Q value was determined with high precision utilizing the double Penning trap mass spectrometer JYFLTRAP at the IGISOL facility. The Q value of this β−-decay was found to be Q = 972.25(19) keV through a cyclotron frequency ratio measurement with a relative precision of 1.6 × 10−9. This was realized using the phase-imaging ion-cyclotron-resonance technique. The new Q value is more than 3 times more precise and 2.3σ higher (1.45 keV) than the value extracted from the Atomic Mass Evaluation 2020.
