Abstract The icc represents a legal laboratory that is still consolidating itself, with multiple unclarities in evidence and procedural law requiring resolution through jurisprudence. Our paper draws on interaction analysis to unpack this process, focusing on the jurisprudential construction of ‘dual status’ victim participant testimony. To elucidate how this evidentiary/procedural element is locally negotiated, we examine an excerpt from the Ongwen hearing transcripts, in which the defense objects against the testimony by a dual status witness called by the victim participants’ legal representative. Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir “Tautas deju kolektīvu dalībnieku sociālā un kultūras kapitāla izmantošanas iespējas.” Darba mērķis ir izpētīt tautas deju kolektīvu dalībnieku kultūras un sociālā kapitāla izmantošanas iespējas. Lai izpētītu dalībnieku kultūras un sociālā kapitāla izmantošanas iespējas, teorijas nodaļā tiek analizēti Latvijā un ārzemēs veiktie pētījumi par amatiermākslas sociālo nozīmi. Research literature in the dementia field lacks examples of ‘best-practices’ demonstrating concretely how it is possible to support the sense of coherence in people with dementia. The purpose of this study was to elucidate the nurses’ views concerning a caring approach that may support the sense of coherence in people with dementia. The data were collected through participant observation and focus group interviews during a four-month period in 2011. Sixteen registered nurses recruited from two Norwegian nursing homes participated in this study. The data were interpreted using a phenomenological-hermeneutical method. Starting from sociologist Anne-Marie Green?s idea of ?common space?, and from Hans Robert Hauss? reception theory, the improvisation workshop is thought to be a way of transforming the practices of reception, in order to modify the nature of the culture of listening of each listener. Four research axis are, then, proposed, from the validation of the personal experience of the participants to the reception of the instant?s surprise as a factor of education, including the research of communicational tools specific to reception of music, capable of captivating the listeners with the original aspects of the unknown musical territories.

Este artículo desvela los tipos de violencia que sufrieron las mujeres institucionalizadas cuando eran menores de edad. Las técnicas de investigación utilizadas han sido de índole cualitativa. Se ha realizado observación participante y, a través de informes sociales, documentos personales, entrevistas informales y en profundidad, se han elaborado quince historias de vida de las mujeres que han residido en los centros de protección de la Comunidad Valenciana entre los años 1999 y 2012. International audience; À partir de recherches menées entre les années 2012 et 2016 et fondées sur la méthode de l’entretien participant, l’article se centre sur le rapport à la route appréhendé à partir du point de vue de l’automobiliste. Il veut plus précisément saisir dans quelle mesure la route peut, en tant que dimension matérielle support de déplacements et de mobilités, se rapprocher d’un commun ou, plutôt, de communs, voire d’un bien commun.
