Autor artykułu postawił sobie za cel opisanie przebiegu konfliktu przestrzennego oraz analizę procesu partycypacji społecznej w kontekście planowanej budowy trasy średnicowej przebiegającej przez wyspę Pasiekę w Opolu. Posługując się metodą studium przypadku podjęto próbę znalezienia odpowiedzi na pytania: czy władze samorządowe zastosowały „dobre praktyki” postulowane przez organizacje pozarządowe oraz jaką rolę odegrał w nich ruch miejski.

This article presents the conditions of creating a system for implementing recommendations from evaluation studies which were conducted within the cohesion policy in Poland. This study investigates social exclusion from peer interaction and relationships among children in one Finnish daycare center. Social exclusion is a multifaceted phenomenon that can be encountered as a result of for instance peer exclusion or social withdrawal. Persistent social exclusion can have severe negative consequences. However, social exclusion is also an inevitable part of social life. This study discusses the multiplicity of this phenomenon in one daycare center. This study is a micro-ethnography. I wrote notes and video-recorded the everyday life of two child groups for 12 days. Aikaisemmat tutkimukset viittaavat siihen, että koulun yhteisöllisellä ilmapiirillä on yhteys oppilaiden yhteiskunnallisen vaikuttamisen orientaatioon. Eräiltä osin tuo yhteys on kuitenkin kyseenalaistettu. tässä artikkelissa puretaan kysymys osiin ja tutkitaan, millainen yhteys oppilaiden ja opettajien kokemuksilla koulun ilmapiirin yhteisöllisyyden osatekijöistä on oppilaiden yhteiskunnallisen vaikuttamisen orientaatioon.
