Kirjallisuuden opiskelun merkitystä kielenoppimisessa on tutkittu laajalti, ja se on todettu tärkeäksi ja toimivaksi menetelmäksi. Olika fonetiska drags relativa betydelse för upplevd inföddlikhet i svenska

I den här undersökningen analyseras olika fonetiska drags betydelse för upplevd inföddlikhet i sverigesvenska som andraspråk. Lyssnarna (n = 39) bedömde uttalets målspråklighet i imiterade talprov. Resultaten visar att de segmentella målspråksavvikelserna hade störst betydelse för upplevd inföddlikhet. Målspråksavvikelserna i yttrandeintonation, rytm och tonaccenterna påverkade inte lyssnarna i samma utsträckning som de segmentella bristerna. Objective This study aimed to explore risk estimations (perceived risk, dispositional optimism) related to COVID-19 perception and distress in oncologic outpatients undergoing active hospital treatments compared to the general population. The spread of COVID-19 requires immediate policy response and future-oriented actions to reduce devastating economic and social impact of crisis and preserve sustainable growth. The aim of this paper is to assess the current economic and social consequenses of the ongoing crisis in Latvia, the government response, public perceptions and future scenarios. Research is based on the macroeconomic assessment and surveybased analysis of people’s attitude towards the government's emergency programs. The comparison of statistically justified findings with the public perception helps formulate conclusions on the future sustainability scenarios and policies.

Mentalizing in Organizations: A Psychodynamic Model for an Understanding of Well-Being and Suffering in the Work Contexts

Moving from the paradigms of “mentalization” and “reflective function” (Fonagy and colleagues), this article develops the concept of “mentalizing” in organizations, understood as a process of construction of shared meaning in the work contexts, and whose absence or deterioration produces suffering in organizational experience, exposing individuals to significant psychosocial risks. This model converges in outlining a framework in which the absence of a reflective competence and the lack of symbolization of the experience of work fall on the perception of one's own job, and on the relationship with colleagues and management, producing unsustainability of the work experience.
